About Spotlight On Nursing

Spotlight on Nursing is a not for profit 501(c)(3) organization that was founded in 2002 to support nursing initiatives in central Indiana. With the demand for nursing increasing, a concerted community effort is essential to promote and support nursing careers.

The annual Spotlight on Nursing “For Tomorrow’s Nurses” Run/Walk was created to heighten community awareness for the nursing profession. Proceeds from the event benefit undergraduate and graduate level nursing scholarships and additional scholarships for those pursuing advanced degrees, with the express purpose of increasing nursing faculty in Indiana.
